- We can assist in solving your problem
- We can offer advice as to what can be done to solve the problem in your own home.
Return Policy
- The cost of shipping will be at the owners’ expense.
- You should contact us within fifteen (15) days of receiving the shipment.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
- Returned items must be returned in new-like condition with original boxing, manufacturer’s literature, paperwork and all accompanying accessories.The customer will be accredited refund within three (3) days of the acceptable receipt of the returned product.
How we ship
- All Orders over $50 are shipped UPS ground FREE of charge.
- All shipping is done by UPS ground, unless otherwise noted. Shipping is done within 10 business days. Two (2) days is a typical shipment time.
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. US Postal Service will be used in these cases
- Should your order become damages in shipping or a defect discovered upon initial usage, a UPS call tag is placed for an item to be picked up and we immediately ship out a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
