We are the authorized manufacturers’ warranty station for most brands. If you experience any problems during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer. If you experience any problem with your purchase after the manufacturer’s warranty period please feel free to contact us via the contact form.
You should contact us within fifteen (15) days of receiving the shipment.
The cost of shipping will be at the buyer’ expense. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns over fifteen (15) days.
Returned items must be returned in new-like condition with original boxing, manufacturer’s literature, paperwork and all accompanying accessories. The customer will be accredited refund within three (3) days of the acceptable receipt of the returned product.
All Orders over $50 are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO.
Smaller and inexpensive items may be shipped via USPS.
Unless otherwise noted, American Vacuum Company will tender the item for shipment within seventy-two (72) hours of order confirmation.
Should your order become damages in shipping or a defect discovered upon initial usage, a UPS call tag is placed for an item to be picked up and we immediately ship out a replacement at no cost to you.
