Bissell sent me to this store for potential warranty work. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and competent these men were! They had to do some extra work to ensure the repair was covered by Bissell, but they did it! I was very grateful and they were done in less than 5 business days (probably sooner, but I didn't get there)! Store is definitely full of supplies, hardware, and more vacuums than you could name, but hey, they're a vacuum repair store, not a corporate ran, show store! They did great work. I'd for sure go back!

They had my Dyson from 1/11/23 to 3/9/23 and said that because Dyson closed their stores in the Kansas City area, they had to wait for parts. When I asked for my vacuum back, they gave me a different Dyson. I corrected them noting that there was someone else’s name on it, then they returned with a different one with a name scratched out and mine written on it (mine was purple, they gave me a white one), that was after they offered me another vacuum and then offered to take parts off someone else’s. Two months for them to take parts off my vacuum and give me someone else’s appliance.Good if you want to buy a vacuum (large selection), just beware.

This company had what I wanted a fan belt. But the old man that waited on me was hateful. Just because I made mistake about name of the vacuum and I had to ask for different belt . He said to me are you sure are you going to come again and again again too get it. I couldn't believe his mouth. But it might have been because I'm not white. I took in my Miele canister vac to see if they could fix it. It's an orange model geared towards pet owners. The vacuum had lost a considerable amount of its suction power probably due to the fact that I had forgotten to put a bag in it so the motor had been overworked. Anyways, about 2.5 weeks later I got a call to pick it up. I ran it long and hard all over my house vacuuming up cat fur when I got it back. The suction was pretty much back to its original power & the motor was no longer running hot. I'm not sure if they replaced the motor or just repaired the motor, but it seems to be running as good as new & the cost was incredible reasonable in my opinion especially compared to buying anything brand new. Buying anything brand new would have pushed my budget to the limit so I am. very grateful that they were able to repair the one I already had:)

We have purchased two vacuums from American vacuum company, we used to buy which we thought were the top of the line Dyson vacuums which didn’t work that well, so we went to American vacuum company and purchased a Kirby which was very efficient and it picked up so much more dog hair than our Dyson ever did. Then we upgraded to the Riccar supralite which was an amazing vacuum and it blew our Dyson away and we were amazed on how much it actually picked up. It was the best vacuum we’ve ever had.
