Bissell sent me to this store for potential warranty work. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and competent these men were! They had to do some extra work to ensure the repair was covered by Bissell, but they did it! I was very grateful and they were done in less than 5 business days (probably sooner, but I didn't get there)! Store is definitely full of supplies, hardware, and more vacuums than you could name, but hey, they're a vacuum repair store, not a corporate ran, show store! They did great work. I'd for sure go back!
I've had my vacuum repaired here twice (same vacuum, more than 5 years apart!). They are courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. After each repair, my machine has worked good as new! I'm very happy to have this service nearby.
Very helpful in explaining the options on Simplicity model, one of which we had for over 10 years, and its successor, Riccar. Went with a new model Riccar. Gentleman provided great basic advice on the model features to make my decision.
They had my Dyson from 1/11/23 to 3/9/23 and said that because Dyson closed their stores in the Kansas City area, they had to wait for parts. When I asked for my vacuum back, they gave me a different Dyson. I corrected them noting that there was someone else’s name on it, then they returned with a different one with a name scratched out and mine written on it (mine was purple, they gave me a white one), that was after they offered me another vacuum and then offered to take parts off someone else’s. Two months for them to take parts off my vacuum and give me someone else’s appliance.Good if you want to buy a vacuum (large selection), just beware.
